The diagram below shows how water is made safe to drink.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

River water is pumped to a treatment plant.
↓Large objects are removed by screens.
↓Chemicals are added so that dirt forms clumps.
↓The clumps sink to the bottom of a tank.
