The diagram below shows how tea is produced.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.
Tea leaves are picked by hand.
↓The leaves are spread out and left to dry.
↓They are rolled to release their natural oils.
↓The leaves are left to oxidise and turn dark.
↓They are heated in an oven to stop this change.
↓The dried tea is sorted by size.
↓The tea is packed and sent to shops.
